The console
Register, invite, approve, collect.
List from Excel
Paste, check the preview, then send. Invalid rows are skipped.
Invite and remind
By SMS or email. Reminder after a set period, resend with a new deadline.
Collect as a ZIP
One folder per format, each file named after the ID number. Plus a 10 × 15 cm print sheet where the format includes one.
Upload existing photos
Many at once, the file name is the ID number. Every photo goes through the same check.
Approve and edit
Accept, move the crop, rotate, adjust the tones. Or reject with a reason: the person receives a new link with a tip.

Learners
The capture step
On the phone, without an account or an app.
Open the link, take the photo
The live check guides the capture. A photo from the gallery works too.
Confirm the result
The person sees their formats. Only the confirmation submits the photo.
In their own language
German, French, Italian or English.
From computer to phone
Whoever opens the link on a computer moves to the phone with a QR code.

Measure, explain, crop. Invent nothing.
ISO/IEC 29794-5
A standardised measurement method for sharpness, lighting, head pose, gaze and background.
One rule set
The same thresholds in the browser and on the server. Every change raises its version.
Target formats
Cut from the original, for each school to its dimensions. On request a single colour replaces the background, along a mask.
- Your head is tilted to one side. Keep it as straight as you can.
- The picture is a little soft. A sharper picture looks better.

Interface
For your school system
Create requests, upload photos, collect finished photos: over HTTPS, with JSON.
Permissions per area
Access per school, issued and revoked in the console.
Entry from the school portal
A signed link takes signed-in learners straight to the capture, embedded if you wish.
Webhook
Reports as soon as a photo is ready to collect. Without the image: the system fetches it through the interface.

The profile picture in Microsoft 365
Add-on with PortraitBridge: the checked photo as the profile picture in Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
From the intranet
A link in the intranet, SharePoint or Teams. Learners sign in with their school account.
Right to one's own image
The person takes their photo themselves and confirms it. Only their own profile picture is set.
Only checked photos
What passed the check and, where you require it, was approved is taken over.
Automatic or with preview
Per school: the photo is set directly, or the person sees a preview and clicks “Use this photo”.
